After payment we email your PDF ticket and a confirmation. Just show the PDF on your phone at the door — no printing needed.
No. You can check out as a guest with just your email. Create an account and every order and ticket lives in one place.
For seated shows, yes — pick your exact seat on an interactive map with live availability. Your seats are held for 15 minutes while you check out.
Your tickets or seats are reserved while you pay, so no one can take them from under you. If you do not finish, they are released automatically.
Card payments are handled securely by Stripe on a hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled. If your event is cancelled, we will be in touch about your options.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The site is available in English, Spanish, German, Romanian and Italian.
